About the show
A conductor steps onto the stage, impeccably dressed, charming and full of grand plans. Using a juggling club as his baton, he tries to bring order to the chaos. But instead of an orchestra, an unpredictable audience awaits him.
What follows is an interactive street show packed with humour, surprising moments and spectacular juggling. Through improvisation and playful exchanges with the audience, the self-appointed maestro transforms the street into his “Gran Concerto”. Volunteers become stars, little mishaps turn into highlights, and everyone gets swept up in the fun.
But there is more to this classical conductor than meets the eye. With flying props and funny moments, another side gradually emerges: laid-back, rhythmic and surprisingly cool. When the baton is finally swapped for a microphone, we discover that this maestro has always dreamed of becoming a rapper.
An engaging street show for all ages, filled with elegant juggling, comedy, audience interaction and unexpected surprises.

Marc Freudenberg
Marc Zeun, also known as “Marc Freudenberg”, discovered early on that gravity is more of a suggestion than a law — and has been successfully negotiating with it ever since. Raised among circus arts, movement and a healthy dose of nonsense, his travels have taken him to stages, festivals and street corners across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
As part of the clowning and juggling duo “Die Freudenbergs”, he perfected the art of making every dropped prop look intentional. He became a regular at Leipzig’s youth circus “Zirkomania” and continued his training in physical theatre, clowning and mime with teachers including Richard Kimberley, Peter Sweet, Anke Gerber and Carlo Jacuzzi.
Since 2018, he has also hosted cabarets, open stages and gala shows at international festivals. In 2019, he and Simon Moreau founded the duo “Roar Circus”. With “The Roar Circus Show”, unrestrained silliness and an extraordinary stage presence, they delight audiences around the world.
